Dilute steroid injections are helpful for reducing puffiness just above the nasal tip. If steroid injections are not helpful, your lower bridge may be a drop too high. In some cases, residual tip swelling may persist beyond the expected timeframe. This is more common in people with thick skin, multiple nasal surgeries or who underwent a particularly complex rhinoplasty. Continue with massage and night taping. Inform your surgeon for advice and guidance.

As far as I can see from your photos edema and swelling may occur in this way for 6 months after the operation, but the swelling remaining after 6 months is permanent and a revision operation may be recommended for this.

Your nose looks good the swelling is minimal and will continue to improve. Ask your surgeon about taping the nose to reduce swelling
