Swollen nose bridge - could this be permanent?

I understand that many surgeons advise their patients to tape their noses after surgery. Over 25 years, we have not recommended nasal taping for anybody. If the bump on the bridge of your nose appeared as a result of the taping, one would think it should disappear. If it doesn't disappear, Microdroplet Silikon-1000 treatments may be considered the camouflage it. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph

The inflammation process depends on each patient, their health conditions, the climate where they are and the type of surgery and trauma that has been generated at the time of the intervention. It is not predictable, some patients recover 8 months after surgery and others may take up to 2 years. So it is advisable to wait a while to see the permanent results of your surgery. Good luck

I think you have a good result and would wait until one year has passed before considering a revision

I think it’s highly unlikely you created permanent changes on your nose from using tape.
