Hello, I am a 19 year old student/actress in Los Angeles and I've been dreaming of having the Brazilian Butt Lift procedure done from a very young age. I am 5'6" and 130lbs. My bmi is 30. I have about $2,000 a month after college expenses...and I am wondering if there are payment programs for plastic surgery? How much would a down payment cost? I am immensely looking forward to your responses. Thank you in advance for your answers and advice, Desperate

Unfortunately it is impossible to remove all of the PMMA, however, it is possible to remove small areas of it if and when it causes a problem such as migration or hardening. Depending upon the deformation, if any, after partial excision, either implants or fat transfer may be indicated....
Based on the pictures posted, you do not have any fat for transfer. At the present body shape your only option would be a hip and buttock implants. If you want fat then you need to gain a lot, However when you want to loose the rest you may loose the fat that was transferred to the buttocks and hips.
Hello and thank you for your question. I specialize in post massive weight loss body contouring. BrazilIan butt lift will not work if you have loose skin. You need good skin and tone for it to work. A lol with auto augmentation of your buttocks should give you a nice buttock shape....
