DR PLz HELP..I MADE A MISTAKE I WENT TO get PMMA into my butt in Mex I kno shouldn't but it was a irrational decision I suffer from depression and I'm a recovering addict sober now but during one of my dark times I feel into adeep depression becuz hated my image i knothat I need to find peace with in I'm in therapy.helped well doctors I have no complication yet thank you god but I'm just scared Can I get pmma removed plus add my own fat ...it' making feel depressed again crying all the time

I have done bbl for more than 10 years for patients after weigh loss and, normally do the fat transfer and the lift at the same time with very nice results. Also if the patient request the butt can be re-injeted in the future to add more volume.

It is unusual for you to have pain a year after your procedure especially if you have been doing well up until this point. If the pain does not go away readily in the next couple days I definitely we would revisit with your plastic surgeon. Good luck.

I would go back to your plastic surgeon with the garment on and let him or her evaluate the area of concern. If the garment is easily altered plastic surgeon can alter it or if the garment needs to be reordered for better fit in your pubic area. That probably needs to be done.

Unfortunately, there are no vitamins to decrease fat loss after a BBL. It is technique dependent. I perform 6-8 BBLs per week and see about 30% fat loss after a BBL. I a confident telling my patients that 70% (or more) will survive, based on hundreds and hundreds of cases.  350cc per side...
