Brazilian Butt Lift before Lower Body Lift after weight loss? Loose skin on buttocks, can a BBL fill in and lift the saggy skin?

I've lost a lot of weight and need multiple ops as due to sagging skin. I'd also like a Brazilian butt lift. Ive read the Brazilian butt lift should be done before a tummy tuck for max fat for transfer. What if I have poor skin laxity on my butt requiring a lbl? I'll be using a different surgeon for the bbl. Concerned that doing lbl 1st won't leave fat for the bbl. If I do the bbl 1st but still need a lbl the shape of my new butt will be ruined. Can a bbl be enough to fill the loose skin?

I have even done lower body lift and fat grafting at the same time.  An expert surgeon should be able to tell you what will give you the best result.Find a board certified plastic surgeon who performs hundreds of Brazilian buttlifts and
liposuction procedures each year.  Look for great reviews and great

I  have done bbl for more than 10 years for patients  after weigh loss and, normally do the fat transfer  and the lift  at the same time with very nice results.  Also if the patient request the butt can be re-injeted in the future to add more volume.

Combining a lower body lift and BBL as a staged procedure may be reasonable.  Without an exam, it is difficult to say what could be offered to you. Best of luck.

A physical is really needed here.  It all depends on the amount of your excess skin. If you have severe loose skin after weight loss, the BBL procedure may not be the right thing for your to do at this time.  A physical exam is needed to make any recommendations. The BBL procedure involves harvest fat from areas of your body where there is excess fat and injecting that fat carefully into the central zone of your buttock. In addition, it involves liposculpting the buttock to facilitate a more rounded look. The common donor sites for this procedure is your posterior waist/flanks, lateral thighs, back, waist, and anterior tummy. Hello and thank you for your question.  I specialize in post massive weight loss body contouring.  BrazilIan butt lift will not work if you have loose skin. You need good skin and tone for it to work. A lol with auto augmentation of your buttocks should give you a nice buttock shape. If not happy fat injections can be done later, this now requiring much less fat than you would need primarily. In my hands a lower body lift consists of 5 separate procedures. 1st. A tummy tuck2nd a mons lift3rd a lateral thigh lift4th a buttock lift5th an auto augmentation of the buttock and hips if needed.You really need to consult with a ps who specializes in these procedures.
