Hi, Mana. With the double jaw surgery, I would anticipate that this will be corrected. But, this is something that you should firmly discuss with your orthodontist, oral surgeon, and general dentist. Good luck and all success to you.

I would speak with the surgeon about whether it will expose more of your upper teeth. I don't think it will, in which case you have two options. You could talk to a plastic surgeon about a lip lift or do porcelain veneers to make the teeth longer. Good luck.

The surgery may correct the lack of tooth display, depending on how the upper jaw is to be oriented. I suggest asking the surgeon what the plan is for your upper arch. Good luck with the surgery. There usually isn't a lot of pain involved but the soft diet for 8 weeks afterward gets tedious.
