How often can I bleach my teeth?

Getting your teeth professionally cleaned twice a year, helps remove all stain and brighten up your smile.  However, bleaching your teeth once a year, as long as you have healthy teeth and you are not very sensitive, its totally ok.  

Hi, good question. Normally if you get your teeth cleaned and then booster bleach for 3-5 days after if certainly ok. Where people get into trouble is using a very strong bleach continually. A few days every 6 mos is perfectly fine. It also depends on the strength of the bleach. Hope this helps.

We recommend no more that one in office bleaching per year. At home bleaching you can do touch ups every 6 months if you only bleach for 3-4 days 2 hours per day with minimal sensitivity.
