Ive been told I have discoloration from my mom taking tetracycline, she doesn't recall that. In any case- I have a wide range of shades and want to whiten them and make the color more uniform. Is that possible or will everything whiten to the same degree? What's my best bet Khors, Zoom or dental whitening?
Hi Im looking to whiten my teeth in the future but I am worried about my front two teeth. The bottom half seems to be darker than the top and I worry that half will not whiten or will become translucent. Can these teeth still be whitened?
Good day, I have 2 questions regarding blue UV light used during my teeth whitening procedure: *I accidentally looked at the blue UV light for an instant through the gap in the glasses I was wearing as the provider put the device in my mouth - could this have damaged my eyes? *can the UV cause cancer in my mouth/lips? I had three 15 minute sessions during the procedure. Thank you
I had my braces removed and a lingual retainer was placed on the back of my teeth. My top 2 front teeth appear darker from the middle of each tooth downward and I can't figure out if it's from my ortho removing too much of my enamel where the brackets were or if it's a shadow of the lingual retainer/glue behind my teeth. I'm really embarrassed to smile now and was wondering if Icon Resin Infiltration could help reduce this or would bonding be better.
Just for clarification: I am not the most disciplined when it comes to teeth hygiene but I want to change that. My lower teeth are more stained than the upper ones and have some plaque buildup which I will also be getting removed. My only concern is that I wont be able to whiten my teeth up to a certain level. Ideally I would like to get a B1 shade(brightest and whitest shade). Im willing to undergo multiple in clinic procedures aswell as use whitening strips. Is it achievable or unrealistic?
