I want a BBL but not a “big butt” or the ace shape booty. I like my “hip dips”, would it look weird? I know I don’t really have hip dips but I don’t want fat added to the hips I’m afraid it wouldn’t look right (BBL). I plan on getting lipo 360 as well, from the back my booty looks squared.
Answer: Would it look weird if I get a BBL as I like my hip dips and don't want a big butt? Hello, thank you for your question. It seems like you have skin laxity so you may benefit from a lipo/BBL and a tummy tuck. Fat grafting techniques can be very powerful and can dramatically improve shape. I would search for the board certified plastic surgeon who you feel is most likely to give you the best results and who performs hundreds of these procedures each year. I would look at patient reviews as well as before and after photos on that surgeon's website.

Answer: BBL and TT candidate Dear Enthusiastic422902, based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Would it look weird if I get a BBL as I like my hip dips and don't want a big butt? (Photos) Hello dear! Thanks for the pictures and provided information as well. Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for liposuction with a BBL and a tummy tuck, to give you a nice tight tummy and to get rid of the extra skin, and I think you'll get very good results. Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your waist, back, hips and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape, along with the tummy tuck. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know. Good luck :)

Answer: LIPO + TT + BBL Good afternoon ; As I see you would benefit from a lipo / BBL / tummy tuck. The latter because as I see in the photos you have a lot of laxity in the abdominal, oily skin. liposuction would help you to better contour your figure and the bbl better projection to your buttocks. Be sure to consult with a certified surgeon who will show you the best plan for you. LUCK

Answer: If you don’t want to get a BBL then don’t get one Based on your picture you are not a particularly good candidate for Liposuction. I say this based on your picture which shows evidence of significant skin laxity, potential muscle separation from previous pregnancies and possible excess visceral fat. I bet her treatment plan would be weight loss followed by a full or wraparound tummy tuck. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
