Is it safe to take arnica and bromelain tablets 4 days prior to surgery? To help minimize bruising and swelling?

every plastic surgeon has his own postoperative protocol which he recommends to his patients. I would suggest you to discuss this with your plastic surgeon.

I personally dont recommend it, but talk with your plastic surgeon since every pre-op steps are different depending on the doctor.

Hello, thank you for your question. It depends on what your board certified Plastic Surgeon recommends according to your procedure and medical records. She or he will discuss your pre-op preparations before your surgery. Also, such supplements  may be provided for you with your pre-op material and prescriptions that you will need in time for recovery.
