If those areas concern you, I’d recommend having those areas treated as well. It’ll give your surgeon more fat to work with for the fat transfer portion of the procedure. You’re quite thin, so it’s a good idea to harvest from wherever you can!

Liposuction 360 focuses on liposuction of the abdomen, sides, and back. However, any area of the body can be sculpted, including the abdomen, flanks, back, medial thighs, lateral thighs, upper arms, and chin as the patient desires. Discuss with your board certified PS the amount of improvement you can expect if you add arms and inner thigh lipo.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

My most common approach for a BBL is liposuction of the full tour so which technically is upper abdomen, lower abdomen, love handles, waist, back and armpits or under arm area. this is basically Abdomen 360 with the addition of the entire back and under arm area.

When this is insufficient to get the ideal amount of fat for that transfer I typically add arms is the next area followed by inner thighs but obviously if one area is more of a problem area and that will be given consideration first.

In my practice arms gives very high quality results with consistent high patient satisfaction while inner thigh Liposuction does not.

Both areas typically give similar amounts of fat for fat transfer.

I recommend patients have in person consultations during which time and appropriate plan is made with the patient.
I don’t recommend traveling for elective surgical procedures.
There’s too much information that can be missed.
Patients don’t appreciate the importance of in person consultations, the complications happen or the number of people who need revisions or have serious questions or need reassurance after surgery.
If there is truly a lack of medical resources in someone’s community and traveling is necessary I recommend traveling the shortest distance possible.

In the end it’s pretty relevant what we think unless one of us is doing the surgery.

Determining how much fat can be removed on slim people is one of the hardest parts of my job.
I’ve been a plastic surgeon for over 20 years. The last 10 years I’ve been focused exclusively a liposuction and fat transfer procedures like the BBL.

I performed over 7000 Liposuction procedures.
Guessing how much fat can be removed from liposuction of someone’s torso can still easily be off by over 50%. On patients were shortage of that may be an issue I typically have them consented to include additional areas during the surgery and the decision is made in the operating room if more areas should be treated with Liposuction Soli for the purpose of harvesting fat. obviously, if the patient is interested in getting the benefit of Liposuction then it’s easier to make the decision ahead of time.

These are all topics that should be discussed during a consultation.

I suggest you discuss this with your provider.

If you don’t have one I suggest if it all possible to have in person consultations.

In person consultations also give patients a chance to ask the surgeon to show all their before and after pictures.

Typically during a virtual consultation the provider will show on the examples of their very best results from their entire career.

It behooves the patient to know what average or typical results look like and to get some type of confirmation of how many of these procedures the provider has performed.

Overall you look like a great candidate for the BBL procedure and I would say liposuction of your full torso is probably sufficient.

Plastic surgeons will have different views on the appropriateness of extremity Liposuction in regards to results and also how much fat they feel comfortable grafting.

The concept of having a patient consented to add additional areas with a decision made in the operating room is probably not the norm but it seems to work well for me after having a clear understanding with my patients.
