How do I go about fixing mental creases? (Photo)

Question

Hello my name is Sam I’m at 21-year-old male is my first time posting on the site so if I’m missing any information please feel free to ask I noticed just yesterday right below my bottom lip and a little above my chin mainly on one side I have a very obvious line what. I noticed mine is a little more in depth than others and I was wondering if one of you guys could take a look at it and maybe tell me some possible solutions whether that be temporary maybe some excercises. The mental crease can be softened, or specific fine lines can be filled, using a dermal filler. I generally use hyaluronic acid based fillers like those in the Juvederm family for this issue, but there are many great options available. Be sure to see an expert physician injector.All the best,

I have improved many a mental crease using thicker/firmer (higher G') fillers such as Juvederm Voluma & Volift, as well as Restylane Lyft and Radiesse. While filler choice is important,  proper injection technique and knowledge of anatomy is actually much more important ; make sure you are injected by a highly trained and experienced physician injector such as a dermatologist for optimal results and safety.

Its a subtle line, and if you've only just noticed it, the chances are nobody else has. If youre very keen on smoothing it out however, then it would be quite easy to add some filler to that area with minimal issues. Filler can last 1-2 years depending on the type, and can be dissolved if there are any issues with it.
