Can my PS inject filler into my clavicle to make it “pop”? If so, which filler and how deep should he inject? (Photos)

I’m in love with the way a strong clavicle bone can accentuate any outfit, and I want to achieve this look. Can this be done via filler? If so, which filler, and how deep should he be injecting? Is this a dangerous area in terms of nerve damage? I don’t see much out there for injectable body contouring, and I’d love to hear what all you other expert suggest for technique in this area before having my PS do it.
