I’m in love with the way a strong clavicle bone can accentuate any outfit, and I want to achieve this look. Can this be done via filler? If so, which filler, and how deep should he be injecting? Is this a dangerous area in terms of nerve damage? I don’t see much out there for injectable body contouring, and I’d love to hear what all you other expert suggest for technique in this area before having my PS do it.

I have never heard of it, and if I haven't heard of it it is most likely not FDA approved if it is not FDA approved it cannot be legally injected in the United States
Could well be an inflammatory reaction to the filler triggered by the extensions, or possibly an allergive reaction to the eyelashes or chemicals used. Might be best to go to the clinic where you had them done for a check up.
For facial rejuvenation I would suggest a combination approach of :1) skin care with products and PRP/microneedling2) PDT light therapy few times a month with growth factors3) laser treatments like clear and brilliant regularly and a few times a year Fraxel, Viva, Co2/Erbium4) Sculptra...
