Is it possible to get rid of this puffiness on the front of my face in the loughing line area where I highlighted . I had 2 jevedurm syringes in the loughing lines done 1 year ago in 6 months I added 1 syringe to the same location . Also , Throughout the last year I had around 6 syringes of filer (radiess & voluma ) done to the mid face . Is it possible to find out if this part I highlated is dissolvable ?

Answer: Hyaluronic Acid Fillers vs Calcium Hydroxylapatite The Voluma you had previously injected is dissolvable. All hyaluronic acid based fillers (Juvederm, Voluma, Volbella, Restylane, etc) are able to be dissolved with hyaluronidase, an enzyme that catalyzes the breakdown of hyaluronic acid. Sometimes it can take more then one injection of hyaluronidase to fully breakdown the filler. Radiesse on the otherhand is composed of calcium hydroxylapatite which is not amenable to hyaluronidase. Radiesse typically lasts around 9-15 months before it is naturally broken down in your body. I recommend you return to your previous injector to voice your concerns. They should tell you where each filler was placed and be able to reverse the hyaluronic acid if desired. Good luck.

Answer: Dissolving Filler Yes, any hyaluronic acid based dermal filler can be dissolved by hyaluronidase (brand name Hylenex or Wydase). It may take a few treatments for desired effects. My recommendation is to follow up with the medical office where the treatment was provided. Hope this helps! Kelly
