I’ve had botox And fillers and recently Venus legacy which I loved. I’m concerned about my jowls, marionette lines and skin laxity in face. Also I had under eye filler about 6 months go which def made eye hollows look worse. Please advise which treatments would be best.
Answer: Facial Rejuvenation -- PRP/Microneedling, Laser (Fraxel/Clear+Brilliant, Erbium/Co2), Venus Viva, Intensif/Fractora, Renuvion For facial rejuvenation I would suggest a combination approach of :1) skin care with products and PRP/microneedling2) PDT light therapy few times a month with growth factors3) laser treatments like clear and brilliant regularly and a few times a year Fraxel, Viva, Co2/Erbium4) Sculptra injections a few times a year for collagen production with fillers like juvederm/restylane/belotero/radiesse/bellafill5) thermage/ultherapy for yearly skin tightening with or without PDO or cone based instalift threads for lifting6) botox every 2-3 months to stop movement lines and prevent lines at restI recommend getting a formal evaluation with an expert. Answer: Skin laxity treatments Hi Ifu961979!I think you will benefit from non surgical, no downtime skin tightening treatments such as RF microneedling or Ultherapy!Your skin is showing early signs of sun damage so you can consider laser/pulsed light treatments such as BBL HERO or PicoSure

Answer: Face rejuvenation Hi and thanks for your question. It would be very difficult to give you the best advice just by looking at your picture .But I think you still need more volume in middle and lateral cheeks for both lifting and reshaping the face .if this is combined with Thread lift you would get a better resultinjection of Botox in both masseter muscle and few sessions of skin tightening like Radiofrequency can also be helpful.

Answer: Face Rejuvenation Treatments Hi lfu961979, Based from your photos, you have some excess skin on your lower eyelid, sagging of the midface, fat thinning on the inner midface, prominent nasolabial fold, and jowls. In addition, you also mentioned your history of failure in responding to fillers. You may want to consider doing a trans-lower blepharoplasty mid facelift which will address all problems with your lower eyelid, midface sagging, and nasolabial fold. For the jowl, threadlift will be helpful if you are not keen on having a mini facelift yet. A non-invasive alternative will be botox facelift, ultherapy, or a properly placed filler on the midface, lower eyelid, nasolabial fold, and marionette lines.
