Asymmetric boobs - do I need an implant on one side or both? (Photo)

Question

I breast-fed my two kids and I only produced milk mainly in my right breast so it's a lot bigger than my left. I was just wondering if I need to get an implant in my left breast as well as my right cause I want both of my breasts to be the size of my right one so I'm just not fully sure on what I need to do thank you.thank you

my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity.

Thank you for your question and photo. Treatment of asymmetric breasts can be challenging and just placement an implant into the smaller breast and expect symmetry will be less than desirable. I would recommend bilateral breast lift (you have grade 3 sagging on the right and grade 2 sagging on the left) with no tissue removal from the left side and lower pole tissue removal from the right to create symmetry. Remember, they are sisters and not twins. 100% symmetry will not be achieved. See a board certified plastic surgeon for an in person consultation/evaluation. Good luck.
