Is this lateral displacement? Can this be fixed with a revision? (Photos)

I have 305cc utm sientra moderate profile implants. I went from a 34A to a 34C. From the start it felt like something was off, but 6 months later it feels like my implants are so far apart. When i lay down its even worse and can see my ribcage. My implants also feel reeeeeally lose inside the breast pocket and can easily move around. Does this look like there is actually an issue? What can be done to fix it?

Considering the size implants you have you actually have a good result. If anything I think the implants could be downsized and the lift revised

Your photos do not suggest the presence of symmastia. The breasts are very close together, but this is more likely related to the size of the implants. A visit to your surgeon to discuss your concerns would be appropriate

At almost a year after surgery, this issue may not improve sufficiently. You may need to return to your surgeon to discuss your concerns. Revision surgery may be recommended.
