Why do my boobs look square and how can the cleavage be improved? (Photos)

2 years ago, I got 550 cc silicone implant above the muscle. I was talked out of getting a lift by the doctor. I was very unhappy so March or 2025 I got a lift with my natural tissue removed and 700 cc round silicone high profile implants under the muscle and galaflex. Now at 1 year post op, I feel my breasts are far apart, no upper pole fullness, no cleavage, they are shaped strange and the only feedback i got from the staff was “they look great compa to your before photos” and they inserted a before and after photo. Do they not look kind of flat and deflated and square on the sides? And the scars on the sides are making my skin poke out. All I wanted was my boobs not to sag to my belly button and cleavage so I wouldn’t have to wear a push up bra
