I appear to have one eye that is lower than the other and hollow upper eyelids. I am only 34. Is this normal and can it be corrected? Thanks
Answer: Eyes hollow and asymmetrical Some degree of facial asymmetry is very common and appears in almost everyone. This tends to be most noticeable around the eyes. There are no great options to improve overall eye position as this is based on the underlying bony anatomy. In some cases, injectable products like fillers in certain areas around the eyes can help to improve overall facial symmetry and aesthetics.For the hollowness of the upper eyelids, there are some doctors who perform filler injections or fat transfer to the upper lids. This is not something that I usually perform due to the fact that it is difficult to make the area appear natural, there are risks involved, and these areas may become heavier as we age, which might be made worse by adding volume.All the best,

They will make your eyes look a tad smaller, so take this into consideration before proceeding. The hollow eye does increase the apparent age of a person. Hope you are able to get the result you are hoping for.

It should last about 1.5-2 years in this area. It is a tricky area to fill so make sure you go to someone with a lot of experience with fillers around the eyes.
