Question

I am interested in a surgery or surgeon that focuses on improving asymmetry in the face. I understand that perfect symmetry is unachievable, but I would like to be able to go throughout my day without thinking about my face. My appearance hinders my self esteem greatly.

It appears you have left upper eyelid ptosis with brow elevation as compensatory mechanism with illusion of more hollowness in left upper eyelid. You would likely benefit from left upper eyelid ptosis repair and possibly filler injection. See an oculoplastic surgeon.

There are a variety of techniques that can be used to correct facial asymmetry. A more temporary approach includes dermal fillers (e.g., Sculptra, Voluma, and Radiesse), while fat grafting, use of permanent fillers (Aquamid, Bellafill ) and facial implants would offer a more permanent solution. To address your concerns I would recommend having an in person consult with a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in facial aesthetics.

As you have pointed out your facial asymmetry extends from the brow down to the jawline. Its most severe effects is in the upper half of your face (brow/eyes/cheek) than in the lower half. This is common as its effects are rarely the same throughout the face. Thus the most effective treatment strategy should be directed towards a brow lift, inferior brow reduction, orbital floor and cheek augmentation. A 3D CT scan should be done in the preoperative planning stage to determine the extent of these changes needed.

Your left midface is wider Than your right midface that s why you feel that way.
The simplest way to improve it is to perform à right eyebrow lift ( scarless ) and to inject fillers on your right Cheek to improve its volume.

Thank you for sharing your photo and thank you for your question. Asymmetry in the face is common amongst all humans. Unfortunately, every limb in our body isn't leveled with the significant other. By looking at your photos, I do think you can benefit from facial fillers and possibly Botox to even out some of the asymmetry.
