A doctor who does not perform surgical rhinoplasties cannot possibly understand the structural dynamics of an aesthetic nose. I have developed a technique of using filler to balance the facial features, referred to as Aesthetic Facial Balancing. More recently liquid rhinoplasty’s have been in high demand and it has been a popular topic. I asses each patient individually and what changes in their features would improve their aesthetics most. We find that most patients looking for a surgical rhinoplasty end up being a great candidate for a non-surgical rhinoplasty. This technique that I have created allows patients to get similar results as a surgical rhinoplasty, but with very little recovery time (avoiding residual swelling that can last up to one year) and giving them instant results in less than 20 minutes. Hello, and thank you for your question! As far as procedures are concerned, you'll have several options. The most commonly used technique, "under the muscle", tends to results in an "augmented" look (i.e., a round, widely separated, highly projected and low look), which can result in "bottoming out" instead of the perky look that you're probably going for -- when implants are under the muscle, they tend to get pushed down and out, creating low separated breasts. I prefer to use a different technique as I believe the subpectoral technique will have a tendency to increase risks of the above described aesthetic problems. I use a technique called "Cold-Subfascial Breast Augmentation" which creates symmetrical, full, and supported-appearing breasts. In the procedure, I use strong tissue called fascia, which overlies your pectoralis major muscle, to support and shape the implants, all the while leaving the muscle in its native anatomic position. By making a small incision in each of the armpits, I avoid any scarring on the breast. I combine this with lower-profile implants that create soft, natural-looking slopes and lift the nipples. With the Cold-Subfascial Breast Augmentation, in my hands, I have a better capability to create breasts that are symmetrical, naturally supported, and natural-appearing.
