Subglandular implants can become more visible and more palpable when you lose weight and the amount of tissue covering the implant diminishes. When the implant folds, the edges can push into your tissue sometimes causing mild discomfort at the point of the fold, but I don't know if this explains your armpit soreness. Leakage of silicone implants can cause capsular contracture making the breast feel more firm, but is not associated with any systemic diseases.

With weight loss and a sub glandular implant, you are feeling and seeing the implant. If you have concerns about the integrity of the implant, ask for an MRI. Good luck and be well.
