I have 4yo silicone subgandular implants. I have lost a significant amount of weight. The implants are more visible, and the left is misshapened. the bottom of the implant is slightly flatter, there are points on each side with can be pushed in. I saw my PS, and was examined. She said the implant had probably folded. She did not recomend an MRI. Since the manual exam I have noticed some tenderness. It comes and goes, I even feel some intermittent discomfort in my lat/armpit region.
