Subglandular implants can become more visible and more palpable when you lose weight and the amount of tissue covering the implant diminishes. When the implant folds, the edges can push into your tissue sometimes causing mild discomfort at the point of the fold, but I don't know if this explains your armpit soreness. Leakage of silicone implants can cause capsular contracture making the breast feel more firm, but is not associated with any systemic diseases.

certainly the subglandular space has a higher chance of visible folds of the implant, especially if you have lost weight. any fold in the implant can cause some discomfort as it pushes into the tissue. you may have early capsular contracture, causing the folding and distortion of shape. continue to see your PS as these problem exists. there are always procedures to help your situation to some degree.
