Should I get 400cc or 375cc size implants?

When trying to decide what implant size, the best way is to use sizers in the office prior to surgery.  This allows you to visualize what it will likely look like.  Of course there will be slight variations in the look, depending on what clothing you use to try them, and how they are chosen for you, but this gives you a great idea of the balance with the rest of your body.The visual difference between 375 and 400 cc is quite small, and visually you will notice this mostly by an increase in your cleavage.  When I have a patient that isn't sure which she prefers between the two, I usually recommend erring on the side of going larger.  This has kept people quite happy and less regrets about size!

Trust your surgeon. If they say 375cc then that's probably what you should stick with. However, if you are very concerned that you'll regret going smaller, then choose 400cc, since it's not that significant of a difference.

A 25 cc difference in 400 cc implants is minimal, therefore I would recommend the slightly larger volume, especially if you tried the in the office and liked the overall aesthetics and feel of this implant.  

Without examining you or at least seeing the photos- it is difficult to comment accurately. When it comes to picking the right size-- it is always best to do it in person during your examination/ consultation. If you have doubts about the size- come back to your surgeon's office and go through the sizing process again, and discuss your concerns. Generally speaking the difference in size between 375 and 400cc is very minor.

As far as sizing:1) My philosophy includes guiding patients to explore reasonable options for breast implant size, usually two to three similar sizes, which allows the patient to visualize how different volumes affect their breast cup. 2) The best guide for a final breast implant size recommendation is derived using measurements from the patient’s own breasts and chest. 3) When measurements are considered then options for sizes can be presented. 4) I use the Mentor Volume Sizing System of breast sizers to demonstrate how these different volumes will look on a patient’s body. 5) This methods offers good reliability and is simple to use, but is not perfect.Where I'm at, patients tend to lean more towards the larger versus the smaller, but it varies from person to person. Almost certainly, you will never be sure you are making the right decision preoperatively. The difference in volume between these two implants is less than 2 tablespoons. Go with your gut instinct and don't try to micromanage each of the details. Have fun with your augmentation!

Hello my dear, thanks for the question, it is difficult to me to tell you what type of implant you'll need without pictures. I recommend you to be checked by a plastic surgeon and tell your doctor what's the look that you're planning to have. I think 400cc is the best size, but you have to check some things before. you body, shape etc etc

Wow you are stressing over only 25 cc's, if it was 100 cc's than you have an issue. 25 really not a big difference. Going larger means by at least a 100 cc's.. Best to seek more in person opinions... 

The choice of breast implant depends on the amount of breast tissue that you have, the quality of your skin, and the base width of the breast. That being said, there is a very small difference between 375cc and 400 cc that might not be noticeable. To help my patients determine their range of implant sizes, I use a special silicone sizing system that allows you to simulate what you might look like with different implants and have found this to be very helpful.

Greetings. You should be able to achieve the "natural & full" look with either size. The difference of 25 cc is minor.  In any case, you may want to discuss the volume difference with your surgeon. Good luck!
