I am 5'4 and weigh about 130lbs. I am currently a size 34A. I am looking to achieve the "natural & full" look and would like to end up at a full C cup. My doctor recommended 375cc but I have read many reviews online and have seen hat many patients end up wishing they had gone a little bit bigger. I'm stuck between going a bit bigger to 400cc or keeping the 375cc suggestion. I am afraid that 400cc would look too big for my grand and in turn, make my behind look smaller.

Answer: Implant size Without examining you or at least seeing the photos- it is difficult to comment accurately. When it comes to picking the right size-- it is always best to do it in person during your examination/ consultation. If you have doubts about the size- come back to your surgeon's office and go through the sizing process again, and discuss your concerns. Generally speaking the difference in size between 375 and 400cc is very minor.

Answer: Breast implant size. Hello Mbula and thanks for your post. For a "natural & full" look consider a tear drop implant like a MemoryShape in a MM or MM+ style. You are welcome to see lots of before and afters of shape devices on my website. As far as sizing:1) My philosophy includes guiding patients to explore reasonable options for breast implant size, usually two to three similar sizes, which allows the patient to visualize how different volumes affect their breast cup. 2) The best guide for a final breast implant size recommendation is derived using measurements from the patient’s own breasts and chest. 3) When measurements are considered then options for sizes can be presented. 4) I use the Mentor Volume Sizing System of breast sizers to demonstrate how these different volumes will look on a patient’s body. 5) This methods offers good reliability and is simple to use, but is not perfect.Where I'm at, patients tend to lean more towards the larger versus the smaller, but it varies from person to person. Best, Dr. ALDO
