Currently have silicone implants under the muscle; had the procedure a year ago in August. I was barely an A cup and asked for a full C. They were always pointy to begin with, and I had hoped they wouldn't be afterwards...

Answer: Not tuberous. Hello Miamilover. These are the classic features of the tuberous breasts:1) Puffy or herniated areola.2) Widely spaced breasts.3) High breast fold.4) Constricted lower pole or deficient tissue in lower part of the breast.5) Minimal breast tissue.6) Narrow base or small "footprint" of the breast.You do not have any signs of a tuberous breast. See a surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery to get a second opinion.Best, Dr. ALDO.

Answer: Tubular breasts You do not appear to have had that deformity although I recognize you appear to have the bulk of your breast tissue centered in and around the areola, causing the "pointy" appearance. This can be improved with radial scoring of the parenchyma under the areola. Overall however, congratulations on a nice result.
