Currently have silicone implants under the muscle; had the procedure a year ago in August. I was barely an A cup and asked for a full C. They were always pointy to begin with, and I had hoped they wouldn't be afterwards...
Answer: Are these considered tubular breasts? If so, how would they be fixed? Thank you for the question and pictures. Your pictures do not demonstrate the majority of characteristics typically seen with tuberous/constricted breast. Be careful about undergoing additional surgery; your outcome seems quite nice to me... Best wishes.

Answer: Tubular breast You do not have and very unlikely had tubular breasts as you would have a constricted lower half of your breast, herniated areola, and other very obvious characteristics. Your initial pointy breast shape that you describe determines some characteristics of your final shape of your areola/ nipple area after enlargement. You have beautiful breast and I encourage you to focus on your inner beauty.

Answer: Tubular breasts You do not appear to have had that deformity although I recognize you appear to have the bulk of your breast tissue centered in and around the areola, causing the "pointy" appearance. This can be improved with radial scoring of the parenchyma under the areola. Overall however, congratulations on a nice result.

Answer: Are these considered tubular breasts? Tuberous breast deformity is a congenital problem. There is herniation or protrusion of breast tissue into the areola, causing the nipples to look puffy and distorted. The breast are generally small and have a constricted base. You do not have any of these characteristics. Relax, you look fine.
