It should be safe to get a tattoo then wait a full month for your breast augmentation. Please discuss with your plastic surgeon for his blessings and viewpoint
You can get a tattoo if you want but, as suggested, I'd wait a month or so and be sure to get the tattoo at a salon with good sterility. Good luck
You need to check with your PS. I tell my patients they can but suggest they wait 3-6 months after the surgery. There is always that theoretical chance of seeding the implants with bacteria if there is an infection.
Tattooing should be fine after having breast augmentation surgery. Ieould recommend waiting at least six weeks if tattooing close to your incision, and you may want to wait for the implants to settle into place completely, as a position change could alter the appearance of a tattoo that is done too soon.

A tattoo should be fine. I just wouldn't tattoo next to your incisions if you are within 6 weeks of your surgery.
Not uncommon to have discomfort for up to 6 months following your procedure. If you are concerned, it would be best to contact your plastic surgeon. Best of luck
