You are likely feeling a muscle pain I have noticed this in woman with textured implant that sometimes the implant can stick to the muscle and pull it
I'm not sure. There are several possibilities. You need to be examined in person to know for sure. See your PS.
At two months you and not fully healed from your procedure. As you are working out your muscle is exerting influence on the fibrous layer around your implant which Is connected to the ribs. I would suggest seeing your surgeon to be sure there's nothing significant going on. Taking it easy for a little while longer may also be helpful. It is unusual this would persist more than a few months after surgery.
I hear this complaint not infrequently. My thought is that it is just a small sensory nerve that is irritated. This almost always goes away. However, let your surgeon examine you and confirm that everything is ok as this is the only way to make sure you are healing normally.
Not uncommon to have discomfort for up to 6 months following your procedure. If you are concerned, it would be best to contact your plastic surgeon. Best of luck
