From a young age Dr. Dembny enjoyed drawing and crafting, and then later building and painting model airplanes.
Where should I begin? I was luck enough to have Dr. D do 2 major procedures on me. A 360° tummy tuck years ago and a breast aug with implant exchange and lift just recently. This Dr. is not just a surgeon but truly a SKIN ARTIST. Do not hesitate to see him, also the best bedside manners as well. I could go on and on, you will always feel like you are his only patient, never ever sends you away with unanswered questions or concerns! A+/100%/?????, sincerely, G.D.
I am currently booked for surgery in November for a breast augmentation/lift(with Ideal implants) and a tummy tuck with Dr. Dembny. I am a 5'8", 155 lb mother of two. My second child ended up being delivered via emergency c-section, so I have a scar from that. I gained a lot of weight during each pregnancy, so my skin never returned to normal. I nursed/pumped almost 2.5 years total between the both children which definitely stretched out the skin of my breasts. I am proud of the job my body did, but now it's time I restored it! I work out 5-6x a week and am very active besides that, but the only way to repair the changes in my body from child bearing/nursing is surgery. I had a couple consultations in the area and chose Dr. Dembny because he was very thorough in his examination and knew what was best for my body type and lifestyle. He took lots of measurements, checked my skin elasticity, and looked at my bone structure. He told me that I would most likely need a breast lift in addition to my augmentation because of mild sagging. He also informed be that because I have less elasticity in my upper abdominal skin I would most likely have a vertical scar where my old belly button ended up. I also was informed of a hernia that will be repaired. I am excited, nervous, and plan to post regular updates! I can't wait to have my confidence restored! Updated on 12 Nov 2021: I'm currently 2 days PO. I only had to take one dose of percocet at the hospital. The pain is tolerable, so I have been taking Celebrex and Tylenol. I am up and walking 5-10 minutes every hour at home and whenever I wake up in the middle of the night. I will have before and after photos once things settle down a little. Dr. Dembny was able to do 390cc in my left breast and 370cc in my right(Ideal implants). I'm excited for them to drop and fluff! Updated on 29 Nov 2021: I ended up only needing Tylenol until 3 days post-op. No meds since then. I seem to be healing pretty good! My abdomen gets swollen by the end of the day. I have one area that may need to be drained manually, but it's not too bad. I am back yo normal activity besides working out since 11 days PO. Now I wait to be cleared and for my end results!
Dr Dembny is a perfectionist and does a very thorough job. I am so satisfied with my recent breast augmentation. He has great bedside manners & kept me well informed before surgery. The healing process was great & I seriously cannot say enough good things about my experience with Dr D
I am a 26 year old who has wanted a breast augmentation since I hit puberty and realized that I was going to remain flat-chested for my whole life. I am getting married in fall of 2020 so I decided it was now or never. I found Dr. Dembny through RealSelf.com and decided to schedule a consultation with him based off of his experience and reviews. Dr. Dembny was very patient with my millions of questions and made me feel very comfortable and reassured so I scheduled my surgery that day. He was also very mindful of the timing concern with my upcoming wedding and scheduled my appointment to be as soon as possible so that there would be plenty of time for my body to heal and the implants to fall into place and look more natural. I was incredibly nervous when my surgery day came but all of the staff at the surgery center were wonderful and made me feel so much more less afraid. I am now three months post-operation and I am absolutely in love with my new breasts! Everyone who has seen them agrees that they look incredibly natural and are perfectly proportionate to the rest of my body, which is exactly what I asked for! I keep saying that "they are the breasts I should have been born with". Dr. Dembny did a wonderful job of listening to my end-result hopes and his skill level and attention to detail is amazing. I cannot recommend him enough!
From the moment I first met with Dr. Dembny I could tell he was very knowledgeable in both areas that I was looking to improve on my body. Also very professional and a perfectionist. He really took the time to answer all my questions and was a huge help picking implant size. He made me feel very comfortable. Both before and after my surgery he was so caring and went up and beyond my expectations as a Doctor. With just 3 weeks post-surgery I am looking and feeling great. Dr. Dembny is truly just amazing! I am forever grateful for him!
I had been to a few other Providers and had good results but then was told about Dr Demnby. During my initial visit with him I wanted his advice on options to improve my appearance. He spent over 45” explaining the different products and the expectant result from each. He offered suggestions but didn’t pressure me at all. He could tell I was hesitant so he told me to think about it and let him know if I decided to follow through with him. I thought about it…for about a year (that’s how hesitant I was) and finally made the decision. I could not be happier that I chose Dr Demnby. He is definitely an artist in his field! I have never been disappointed with my results and will continue to see him for all my needs. He is not only a great practitioner he’s also an incredibly nice, personable guy. I have never felt I was being rushed or just “one more patient” on his schedule. I promise you will NOT be disappointed if you choose Dr Demnby.
The entire staff was friendly and wonderful to work with. I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr. Dembny is incredibly knowledgeable, and his nurses were so nice and helped reassure me before and after surgery.
20 years ago I had a breast augmentation. Well- two weeks ago, one ruptured. Eek! What to do?!! My original doctor has since retired.. so, I went to the site that listed doctors that worked w the brand of implants I have, and Dr Dembny was one listed. Now, I’m not just going to pick the first one on the list. I’m gonna stalk the [RS Bleep] out him! Which I did! Bio, awards, glowing reviews, experience.. Sold! Got in for an appointment right after the holidays and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the easy to get to location, the friendly staff, and Dr Dembny himself. All appeared to be just what I was looking for. Since this was an unexpected ‘event’, they were able to help me w finance options as well. (Phew!) Fast forward to surgery day. Was met with the most awesome nurse Jay.. who answered all my ridiculous questions.. took the time to listen and just be his awesome self. I believe there was an Amy on staff- equally nice (but I didn’t have a chance to interact w her as much- but she seemed super cool too) The anesthesiologist came in- what a contagious smile!! Love him!! (Even tho I told him to make sure I wake up!! And apologized for the fact I wasn’t allowed to wear deodorant ) He was professional and kind. Knocked me out and kept me out for my 3? hour surgery. It was a wonderful, much needed rest. I forget his name, but he was the bomb!! (A competent anesthesiologist is always a good thing..)I believe there was a Jenni on staff too- but I only met her right before getting put under, so my memory is a bit foggy. She was also equally personable. The whole staff was incredible. I highly recommend going here. Dr Dembny is truly amazing. While my surgery is less than 24 hours old- I can already tell he did an outstanding job. He was absolutely professional with all the measurements he took. Never once making me feel uncomfortable. Between first consultation and surgery, I had numerous questions that he and Cathy answered so graciously without making me feel like I was bothering them. Communication was quick and at the ready. Jay called this morning to answer a few more questions and make sure I was feeling ok-LOVE HIM!! (Yeah- I get its his job- but he was just SO nice! Incredible bed side manner! They are lucky to have him on their staff) I will have my follow up appointment in a week and a half or so, and can honestly say, I’m so incredibly thankful for Dr Dembny and his staff for being the relatable professionals they are. They have made this entire process easy. They offer so many other services, that should I be inclined to pursue something else- PSA is hands down the only place I would go. Highly highly recommend!!!Update: Went in for my two week follow up.. Still extremely impressed with the facility and Dr Dembny's bedside manner. They are all truly caring people, and Dr Dembny makes everything easy to understand, answers any questions I may have, and totally puts you at ease. I need to win the lottery, as they offer so many different services that I'd love to try!! Thank you Dr Dembny and your staff for just being you and offering 5 star service!
My breast augmentation turned out perfect! Dr. Dembny was amazing throughout the whole process. He answered all my questions, was very comfortable to work with, and helped everything go very smooth! I would definitely recommend him! It turned out to be everything I want and gave me back my confidence after having 2 kids.
I had an amazing experience with Dr.Dembny from start to finish. I saw him about 6 months ago for a breast augmentation consult where he was very thorough with all the information and what to expect. We picked out perfect size implants to fit my body which the end result I couldn't be more pleased with. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in cosmetic surgery. I feel so sexy!
Your pictures provide a limited view of your breasts, but it would appear that you are a candidate for breast reduction. Breast reduction may improve your back pain, but I would not expect it to improve your asthma. You should seek a board-certified plastic surgeon to discuss breast reduction surgery. It will be important to understand if your surgery would be covered by insurance, or if you would pay out of pocket; this primarily depends upon the amount of breast tissue that needs to be removed in relationship to your body surface area. You can discuss your goals with your surgeon, and he/she can provide your options and help you decide if obtaining insurance authorization is worthwhile. Best wishes.
I usually let patients begin using deodorant about 1 – 2 weeks following surgery. I want the skin to be healed without open areas or significant crusting. Sticks or gels can be applied to the armpit skin, up to but not over, the scar line. Sprays can be used normally if the scar is covered with paper tape or a silicone gel strip. I usually have patients tape the scar for at least a month before transitioning to some other form of scar treatment. Patients can begin to shave 2 – 3 weeks following surgery. Care should be taken to avoid nicking the skin or scar because the area may exhibit some numbness and the scar line is naturally swollen early on. These recommendations may vary slightly among surgeons. Check with yours to see what he or she recommends. Best wishes.
Since you are young and your concerns about the thinness of your face are not related to intrinsic volume loss associated with aging, fat grafting will provide you the best long term result. Fat grafting will provide you with longer term/more permanent results, and will allow you to avoid the need to have fillers placed every 6-12 months. Not all the fat that is grafted takes, so sometimes a second procedure is necessary to complete the result. Botulinum toxin will help relax the muscles around your eyes to soften the crow's feet wrinkles. Seek an experienced plastic surgeon. Best wishes.
Thank you for the question, and for including photographs. You have several options, but your best option is going to include a breast lift. Performing a breast lift alone will reposition the nipple-areolar complex (NAC) to a more central position and reshape the breast. This will give you a more pleasing shape, however, it will not add any additional upper pole fullness. To achieve more upper pole fullness, you can utilize an implant. The larger the diameter the implant, the greater its ability to increase upper pole volume. However, it is important to avoid using too large of an implant. A larger volume/larger diameter implant will fill some of your skin envelope, and some surgeons use larger-sized implants to avoid performing a breast lift. Most the time, in my opinion, the result is not as satisfactory as it could be if a smaller volume implant was used in combination with a breast lift. Utilizing a larger sized implant to avoid performing a breast lift usually results in a large breast that still droops. In addition, large implants will also cause additional stretching of your skin and the long-term results will be undesirable. If an attempt is made to place an implant with a diameter that is larger than your pocket, the implant shell will fold, and this can potentially lead to an early failure. And given the shape of your breast, pushing the diameter of the implant may increase the risk for a double bubble deformity as well. Since you do not want the fake look of perfectly round breasts, a full-profile or high-profile implant is probably not the best option for you. Instead, you can use a moderate-profile implant that is filled with a higher cohesive silicone gel (such as the Natrelle Soft Touch, or the Natrelle Cohesive). The more highly cohesive gel has better form stability and will help maintain upper pole fullness. Plus, in comparison to a full profile implant, a moderate profile implant will be to maximize the diameter you need, without increasing the volume as much; less volume means less weight and stress on the breast tissue over time, and when used in combination with a breast lift that is certainly beneficial. If you do not desire a silicone-gel-filled implant, then a saline implant can be used instead. However, the saline implant will have to be over-filled in order to help create and maintain more upper pole fullness. This over-filling of the implant will produce an implant that is firm, and that may not be desirable. Another option would be to consider some fat grafting of the breast. Depending upon your desired size and your implant preference, fat grafts could be used in combination with a breast implant, or alone. Fat grafting the upper pole the breast will provide more fullness over the top of the implant, or on its own. I certainly understand the desire to avoid scarring on the anterior surface of the breast. However, an appropriate nipple position and improved breast shape will make the lift worthwhile. Appropriate anesthetic contour (almost) always trumps scarring. If you have any implant placed without a breast lift the NAC position will be too low, will not centered over the breast mound, and you will likely have some breast tissue drooping off the anterior surface of the implant as well. This has the potential to look much worse, than scars would look on a pleasing and aesthetic breast shape. Discuss all your options with your surgeon so you are well-informed and can make the decision that his right for you. Best wishes.
I’m sorry to hear about this experience following your Botox treatment. Five months after a Botox treatment, the majority of the muscle paralysis has worn off, if it is not already completely done so. A persistent indentation at this time frame is therefore not typical. When Evaluating Botox results, an in-person examination is necessary in order to evaluate muscle movement and the changes which occur in the skin as a result. Sometimes an apparent contour irregularity or indentation may result when there is inconsistency in a treated area and one part is moving, but the other is relaxed. After five months, most of your forehead and frown line movement should have returned; so, a persistent contour irregularity at this point is unlikely related to differences and muscle contraction. If this area of the forehead does not demonstrate contraction and elevation like the rest of the forehead, then perhaps there is some underlying muscle atrophy. If this area does move in concert with the rest of the forehead, then this may instead represent some fat atrophy. Fat atrophy following Botox injection would be very unusual. When you say a “large saline and Botox mixture” it would be important to differentiate whether you are speaking about a large volume that was injected in this one spot, or if you are referring to a large concentration of Botox. Contour irregularities in the forehead can be treated with soft tissue fillers. However, these injections are not easy, and require an experienced injector because there are risks for an intravascular injection. History of individual that treated U is not being responsive, then I would seek out a plastic surgeon who has experience with injections. Best wishes.
