I'm 24 years old, 12 weeks pregnant with my first child and concerned with the shape of my breasts as well as my nipples being two completely different sizes. I want to breast feed and want to get breast implants because I am very insecure about my breast size and shape but I was told by my doctor that they are just underdeveloped and they would change during my pregnancy but they haven't changed in seven years so I doubt they'll change now. Please Help!

It's hard to tell your breast shape from the photos provided.  Your doctor is correct that there may be some shape change in your breasts following pregnancy, but there is no way to know if it will correct your current concerns.  Congratulations on your pregnancy - you will be able to see for yourself over the next year how your breasts change now and after delivery.

Thanks for your question.  It's hard to tell from the 1 picture, but these do not appear to be tubular breasts.  It is normal to have some asymmetry retrieving the breasts.  It's also very common to have changes in breast size and shape with pregnancy.  My advice is to finish your pregnancy and breast feeding, and then if you are unhappy with the appearance of your breasts, have a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.  Good luck with a new baby!
