Hi, so firstly I would like to say that the pink sweater pictures are from 2020 and the other is more recent. I've been heavily insecure about the side profile aspects of my face. I was wondering if it would be possible to shave down my dorsal hump and fix the deviation in my nose? And to possibly get a button nose or like an Ariana Grande type nose? I was also wondering what I could do about my chin, jawline, and underneath my chin area? I'm not sure who to go to for that.
Answer: YES- I Recommend Rhinoplasty | Plastic Surgery Nose Job Expert | Improve Definition Bulbous Tip Bump Bridge | Beverly Hills LA Hello and thank you for your question and the pictures. Addressing the shape of your nose (especially the bridge and nasal tip) is actually one of the most common reasons people seek out and undergo a rhinoplasty. An open septorhinoplasty can best address both your aesthetic concerns and any functional issues with your nose. I would be able to adjust the size, shape, and definition of your nose (particularly the bridge and tip)! This truly is a surgery of millimeters- and whether you're looking for a minor adjustment or a major transformation, it requires exceptional surgical skill to achieve functional and natural-looking results! Because your nose is the DEFINING feature of your face- I would only recommend seeing a surgeon who specializes in rhinoplasty procedures, and who has significant training and experience performing these surgeries. I actually trained under one of the world leading rhinoplasty experts (who performs 1,000+ nosejobs annually). I recommend for you to setup a formal consultation with me (or another plastic surgeon who is extremely comfortable with rhinoplasties) to thoroughly discuss your surgical goals, undergo a formal examination, evaluate your options, and develop a personalized plan just for you. I hope this helps! Dr. Donald Groves Aesthetic Plastic Surgeon

Answer: Nose & Chin Your question precisely targets the facial areas that can be enhanced together. Based on your photos, you are a good candidate for rhinoplasty to reduce the size of your nose and correct its crookedness. For enhancing the contour of your chin and neck area, you could consider either a chin implant or a sliding genioplasty, where the chin bone is brought forward. These can be complemented with neck liposuction to further refine the contour. Please take a look through the gallery below, and you will see some cases similar to yours. Dr. B.

Answer: Rhinoplasty with possible septoplasty and chin implant Yes, you would benefit from a rhinoplasty and possible septoplasty. You would also benefit from a chin implant to balance your lateral view and redefine your neckline. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Rhinoplasty Your nose can certainly be made smaller. Correcting the crookedness is much more difficult to achieve. I’m not a fan of chin implants but it would be ok to get that done at the same time if you want

Answer: You may consider rhinoplasty, Necklipo suction, and a chin implant. Based on your photos, you appear to have an over projected nasal appearance on profile with a somewhat recessive chin appearance and excessive neck fat under your chin. Rhinoplasty surgery may be considered for achieving a more feminine and less distracting nasal appearance. You may also be able to achieve narrowing of your wide tip on front view. Necklipo suction may be helpful for defining your jawline. Depending on your examination, and appropriately sized chin implant may also help to define your jawline and to balance your facial profile. I hope this is helpful and thank you for your question. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
