Do I need a nose job to narrow my nose bridge?

Does my nose match my face or is it too wide? It's a straight nose, no bumps, but sometimes I wonder if its too wide for my face. Also, are there non-surgical nose jobs that can treat this, like botox? I've heard it can help slim the nose, but not sure if that's true.

In the front view photos you've provided, it appears that your bridge width matches your face quite well. However, refining the tip of your nose could improve its proportion with the bridge. Without seeing other views of your nose, it's difficult to comment on potential non-surgical treatments. However, Botox is unlikely to affect the width of your nose.

A rhinoplasty with lateral osteotomies to narrow your bridge would give a nice result.   This can be done in addition with some tip refinement.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Cartilage grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. The middle nasal vault can also be narrowed at the same time. This would give a much better result than a non-surgical filler. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

Hello, as you can see from the photos, your nose is a bit wide compared to your face. Unfortunately, there is no treatment other than surgery to thin this out. Because it is your bone structure that is wide here. Botox or other treatments cannot change bone shape in any way. Only bone narrowing surgery can be performed without changing the shape of your nose

A closed rhinoplasty can accomplish narrowing the entire bridge line, and narrowing the bulbus nasal tip with all of the incisions placed on the inside of the nose. No external incisions are required, and no painful packing is required either. The procedure is performed as an outpatient procedure under general anesthesia. Choose your rhinoplasty specialist wisely based on extensive experience, since rhinoplasty is the most difficult procedure to perform correctly in the entire field of cosmetic surgery.

No one ever "needs" a rhinoplasty. It is an elective procedure and only you can determine if your nasal features concern you enough to do something about improving the cosmetic appearance of your nose and whether it would be worthwhile.

Following the advice from a surgeon on this or any other website who proposes to tell you exactly what to do based on limited photos without examining you, physically feeling the tissue, assessing your desired outcome, taking a full medical history, and discussing the pros and cons of the operative procedure would not be in your best interest. I would suggest you find a plastic surgeon with extensive nasal surgery experience who is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and ideally a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) that you trust and are comfortable with. You should discuss your concerns with that surgeon in person. Additional information about the procedure will help you decide if it is a procedure that you want to pursue.

Based on your posted photos, only a surgical type rhinoplasty with nasal fractures and file wing of the nasal bones could narrow your nose permanently. Nonsurgical injection rhinoplasty is temporary and only would make your nose look bigger, not take care of the wideness. In my opinion. Expect fees to arrange $10,000-$20,000. Your photos suggest that your nasal bridge is indeed wide. This can be corrected with surgery. But you need to be examined by a Board Certified plastic surgeon to examine the entire nose. Fillers cannot correct the width, and even incases where fillers can improve the nasal deformity, the result is only temporary. So, surgery is the permanent way to go.
