Interested in a breast procedure - not quite sure what is the best fit for me. The main concern would be fixing the gap between my breasts - I have a bit of weight to lose still but even so, I’m not sure if that alone would correct the gap. My ideal end result would be lifted, round breasts about the same size or a bit larger. Second question - is it better to wait until I’m at my goal weight to have my breasts done? I’m rather impatient.

Answer: Breast lift needed; yes, you should wait till goal weight is reached I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants. They then get to choose what looks right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author. Answer: Cleavage plane Thanks for your inquiry, without a full set of pictures and some measurements it is hard to completely advise, but in general terms, you will probably need a full lollipop/anchor lift to reduce the gap between your breast. I agree getting closer to your goal weight first, good luck.
