So Im posting again because I realized I didnt give enough info. Im 35 yearls old mom of 2 (breastfed them both) Im 5,6" and 115bls ( I went up to 200bls while pregnant) I really dont feel conf with scars from a breast lift and particularly dont like the supper perky breast- I love the natural look but im not sure if I will be able to get that with just a dual plane technique. I posted some pics of my case and one that I found as an exemple that I like the result...what do you think?
Answer: Do I need a breast lift? You might not need one. I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants. They then get to choose what looks right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Mildly Sagging Breasts: If your breasts are mildly droopy, a saline or silicone gel implant placed behind the pectoral muscle might help create the illusion of perkiness. That’s because as the implant fills out the top of the breast, it also fills out the bottom, making it look as if the nipple has moved higher. It hasn’t. You can always get a lift later if you feel you are not perky enough when fully settled and healed. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author. Answer: Breast augmentation can absolutely help you achieve your goal Breast augmentation can definitely help you achieve your goal. Based on new nipple position I think it would be okay to wait and see whether you are happy with your breast augmentation results before deciding to do a lift. Whether you would require a dual plane technique( which simply refers to a slight release of the muscle that the implant is placed under) or a subglandular technique would depend on and in person consultation but I think a "dual plane" or submuscular technique would not be a bad choice simply based on your pictures

Answer: Lift Based on your photos, you absolutely will need a lift to get the adequate and correct outcome you are seeking. I would recommend seeing a board-certified or board-eligible plastic surgeon with aesthetic surgery training and experience to tackle this type of problem in a safe and efficient manner. Best of luck!

Answer: Considering options From your photos you would be able to address the asymmetry and the ptosis from a breast lift with implants. An in person evaluation is always best. I encourage you to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon who can measure you and discuss your surgical goals. Together you can determine which procedures are recommended for you. The level of your nipple is borderline for a lift, however the asymmetry will be present after augmentation with no lift.

Answer: Breast lift alternatives Thank you for your question. A strong argument could definitely be made that you do not need a breast lift as your nipple location is at the IMF. Either a dual plane approach, or placing the implant above the muscle with the addition of some fat grafting should achieve what you were looking for. I will caution you, that your breasts are asymmetric, and your left nipple is noticeably lower than your right. This can be treated solely with a peri- areolar mastopexy which camouflages the scar well. Good luck
