Since you've had medical complications, my best advice is to seek a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. Do not seek advice from a physician that offers BodyTite that is NOT a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. We recently wrote a blog about "Not all credentials are the same." The liposuction surgery eliminates fat cells, while BodyTite's RF waves aid in tightening the skin. BodyTite alone will not provide you dramatic body fat losses, only body contouring. You'll already need to be close to your ideal weight to be an ideal candidate, not extremely overweight For best results, make sure you have your procedure completed by a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. Do not trust cosmetic surgeries to just anyone. Not all certifications are the same, and you should take the time to ask for credentials.

What pain medication is typically prescribed after liposuction and what creams work best to reduce swelling and lumpiness?

Every physician will have their "prescribed pre-op regimen." We provide our patients with pre and post-op instructions and prescriptions to be filled for anti-nausea, pain relief, etc., a week prior to the scheduled surgery. No creams should be applied to open wounds. We recommend a sensible diet and to wear compression garments to help with swelling. Once again, your physician will be able to provide you with their recommended pre and post-op care.

How long after getting lipo on my arms can I go back to work?

Everyone heals at a different pace, so recovery time varies on the patient. Examples of this being, if you're a smoker, healing times can be much longer. Being healthy and active prior to your procedure, can make healing time shorter. As an average, it takes the majority of patients between three to five days until they can return to office work or other types of sedentary jobs. If job is more physically demanding, then maybe one to two weeks. Always best to add activity slowly and listen to your body.

By judging from the photographs area submitted I believe small chin implant is going to be of significant improvement in balancing your facial features with your cheeks and your nose. It is relatively simple procedure performed on an outpatient basis under local anesthesia with minimal sedation.

By the appearance of your photographs I do not believe that is straight augmentation mamma plasty is going to give you cosmetically acceptable results. A peri areolar mastopexy combined with an augmentation mamma plasty is probably going to give you much more satisfactory and cosmetically improved result. What can be done for a vertically long chin after genioplasty? (Photo)

The problem is Bone and/or soft-tissue the solution might be slightly different. Very often it is a combination of factors that cause a vertical lengthened chin consequently trimming of the bone with genio plasty and order the soft-tissue may be in order in order to give your cosmetically acceptable result. Dr Magassy is amazing!!! 10 years ago after another surgeon botched my implants and left me with a bad infection, Dr Magassy came in and fixed my problems. I’ve been seeing him ever since! He has a wonderful bedside manner, and his office manager, Ann is great! They are all very straightforward, and quick to answer any and all questions and make you feel at ease. This doctor is THE BEST PLASTIC SURGEON EVER. I have been his patient for 25 years. After having children, I felt like everything on my body went south.
