Advice on thread nose lift/rhinoplasty/deep nasolabial folds for semi Asian nose while smiling in buffalo/Rochester area?

Id like to narrow my nose bridge & possibly define the tip. I dont mind my nose at rest but hate it when i smile (widens/droops a bit/bulbous). Also when smiling, I abhor my nasolabial folds. They are so deep & hook into my nostrils. Can this area be fixed? Im open to rhinoplasty but wary of the possible unnatural looking result, permanence, & pricey cost, hence the curiosity of a nose lift. Im having a hard time finding a nose lift doctor near me anywhere! Can anyone help or advise? Thank you!
