I have tried many different fillers and have yet to have any last more than 6 weeks-3 months. My body metabolizes the hyaluronic acid rapidly even when I have tried different injectors. I would love to finally meet my match. Is Volbella truly the longest lasting filler? Last week I had one .55 cc syringe of Volbella injected into my lips and so far it looks nice. However I already want to go back for a second for greater volume since swelling has subsided. Is more Volbella the right choice?
Answer: Fillers Some people respond better to a particular type of filler. Overall any hyaluronic acid should give you your desired result if injected properly. Moreover, the administration of fillers is a highly technical procedure. There are so many factors to consider to determine if you are a good candidate for it, best filler to use, the right amount, injection technique, etc. Please contact a qualified provider or a board-certified physician with extensive experience in these procedures.

Answer: Dermal Fillers Thank you for your message! Unfortunately it is difficult to predict how long patients will hold on to dermal fillers. Our office generally recommends the use of Vollure into the lips as it tends to last a bit longer and give a bit more fullness than Volbella. In terms of lip filler, it is recommended building up the area overtime through the injection of one syringe at a time. You do not want to overwhelm the lips which can increase the risk of complication and lumps!
