Q Will Kybella work to improve my profile? (Photos)
A
Hi thank you for your question. It is a bit difficult to determine based on the photo alone, but it appears you may be a better candidate for Sculpsure than Kybella. Typically it takes about 2 treatments of Sculpsure to see desired results. After Sculpsure I would also consider a skin tightening procedure such as Thermismooth or Ultherapy. As others have pointed out you could benefit from more volume in the chin. This can be achieved with a dermal filler such as Restylane Lyft, Voluma, or Radiesse. Remember it is important to always have an in person consultation with a board certified injector to see what is best for you. Best of luck!
Hi thank you for your question. Microneedling can have anywhere from 2-5 days down time depending on the depth that was used and how aggressively the treatment was done. The minimal down time is usually well worth the results. Best of luck!

Restylane
Q Am I a good candidate for the tear trough? If so, is Restylane a good option? (Photo)
A
Hi thank you for your question. It does not appear that you have significant volume loss in that area. There are other treatments that may be a better option to focus on collagen stimulation instead (thermismooth, PRF injections, pico laser, microneedling). Please consult with a board certified injector to find out which treatment is best for you. Best of luck.

Kybella
Q I have two loose muscles on my neck making me look older is Kybella for this it’s not fat or is thermal better? (Photos)
A
Hello thank you for your question. Kybella is best for reducing fat of the submental area. It doesn't appear from the photos that Kybella would be the best treatment for you. I believe a combination approach would be best. Botox may be used in the neck (platysmal bands) to help give a lift. A device for tightening of the skin (Thermismooth, Ultherapy, etc.) could be of benefit, and possibly PDO threads for a further lift. I would also recommend a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to see if you are a candidate for a neck lift. Best of luck!
