Experienced Clinicians!

I love this location! The girls are experienced and well educated in their profession. I have been going there for over 4 years and have great confidence in their abilities. I appreciate their advice on what I need to look fabulous! Thanks Blue Med!

Emsculpt 1 week

So far pretty disappointed- I know it can take up to 6 months to see results which suck because it’s summer time NOW! I’ll come back and update if I see any results. So far 1 week 2 treatments. Zero change.

EmSculpt - I feel like this could bring a lot hope to people

I’m a highly skeptical person, so I don’t do anything that gets a weird side effect review and never have done anything invasive. I read the actual science behind this one and it seemed to make a lot of sense. I got four treatments on both abs and butt over two weeks. Nothing hurt, in fact, the butt treatment made my chronic nervy right hip pain go away (something my massage therapist been wor...

Great Customer Service and Wonderful Treatments

Amazing!! From the beginning of booking my appointment to the waiting room to the treatment itself. The ladies were personable, kind and knowledgeable. I have recommended my friends to go to them and some of them have. They all have loved their experiences too!

Love Blue

Everyone was knowable, friendly and the nurses took amazing care of me. I had filler in my cheeks and around my mouth and it looks so natural and had no bruising . The nurse explained everything in detail and reviewed all my post care instructions. Then called me the next week to check on me. Blue is my new favorite medi spa

Q: Will Kybella work to improve my profile? (Photos)
Answered by Hope McFarlinFebruary 19, 2021

A: Hi thank you for your question. It is a bit difficult to determine based on the photo alone, but it appears you may be a better candidate for Sculpsure than Kybella. Typically it takes about 2 treatments of Sculpsure to see desired results. After Sculpsure I would also consider a skin tightening procedure such as Thermismooth or Ultherapy. As others have pointed out you could benefit from more volume in the chin. This can be achieved with a dermal filler such as Restylane Lyft, Voluma, or Radiesse. Remember it is important to always have an in person consultation with a board certified injector to see what is best for you. Best of luck!

Q: Atrophy from cortisone injection on cheek. Can this be fixed with Restylane?
Answered by Hope McFarlinJanuary 14, 2021

A: Hi thank you for your question. Atrophy of the skin is a common side effect of cortisone injections. The good news is this can sometimes resolve on its own over a period of months. If waiting does not seem the best option to you there are things that can be done. I recommend massaging the area a few times a day as this increases blood flow and hopefully collagen stimulation as well. Saline injections are an option if you are willing to have them done a few times. In my experience I have not seen this work with just one treatment. As others have said, soft HA fillers such as (Restylane Refyne, Defyne, Volbella, etc) would be the best choice as well as PDO threads. Best of luck!

Q: How long does micro needling take to heal?
Answered by Hope McFarlinDecember 17, 2020

A: Hi thank you for your question. Microneedling can have anywhere from 2-5 days down time depending on the depth that was used and how aggressively the treatment was done. The minimal down time is usually well worth the results. Best of luck!

Q: Am I a good candidate for the tear trough? If so, is Restylane a good option? (Photo)
Answered by Hope McFarlinDecember 14, 2020

A: Hi thank you for your question. It does not appear that you have significant volume loss in that area. There are other treatments that may be a better option to focus on collagen stimulation instead (thermismooth, PRF injections, pico laser, microneedling).
Please consult with a board certified injector to find out which treatment is best for you. Best of luck.

Q: I have two loose muscles on my neck making me look older is Kybella for this it’s not fat or is thermal better? (Photos)
Answered by Hope McFarlinDecember 11, 2020

A: Hello thank you for your question. Kybella is best for reducing fat of the submental area. It doesn't appear from the photos that Kybella would be the best treatment for you.
I believe a combination approach would be best. Botox may be used in the neck (platysmal bands) to help give a lift. A device for tightening of the skin (Thermismooth, Ultherapy, etc.) could be of benefit, and possibly PDO threads for a further lift.
I would also recommend a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to see if you are a candidate for a neck lift. Best of luck!
