5ft 3in 110. Petite frame. Mentor mid profile 375 both breasts. wanted to look good naked and In a bikini. Which he delivered. 2 nagging problems 1- in a tshirt I look exactly as before except I don't have on a padded bra. 2- my right breast is smaller than the left. I wonder should he put a different size in the right. I'm so confused because I am so thankful that I survived the surgery . But I think I could have gone bigger. Huge surgery and now I'm disappointed
Answer: Too small after breast augmentation surgery? I'm sorry to hear about your concerns you after breast augmentation surgery. Based on the photographs, I think that you have achieved a very nice outcome with breast augmentation surgery; of course, the "right size" is very personal (in the end only your opinion matters when it comes to satisfaction with breast size/shape etc.) Having said that, given that you are early out of surgery, it is definitely too early to evaluate the outcome of the procedure performed. You should be aware that a significant percentage of patients at the early stages of recovery will feel that they are too big or (more commonly) too small. I routinely ask my patients to wait at least 3-6 months before evaluating the end results of the breast augmentation surgery. This waiting time allows patients to (usually) physically and psychologically adapt to the new body image. For example, many of my patients report that as the swelling around the breast implants (for example, in the sternal area) decreases, they feel that their breasts appear more projecting. Also, in my opinion, the "drop and fluff” phenomenon does hold some validity; as breast implants “settle”, many patients feel that their breasts actually look larger. Although online consultants cannot predict whether or not you will be pleased with the long-term outlook, of the procedure performed, it is safe to predict that the breasts will change. If, in the longer term, you remain displeased with breast size, it is likely that re augmentation with larger breast implants will be possible. My best advice: ongoing patience and close follow-up with your plastic surgeon. Best wishes for an outcome that you will be very pleased with.

Answer: Not happy with size.... Your results demonstrate a nice outcome and a big increase in the size of your breasts. You should wait a whole year and let the operation mature. If you're still unhappy, then you can consider revision surgery in the future.Warmest regards, Dr. ALDO

Answer: Did I pick too small of an implant? Thank you for your photos and questions. Your surgery accomplished the goals as you stated and your result is beautiful. Patients do tend to second guess themselves after surgery wondering if they could have used a larger implants, this is common. Ideally, give yourself some time to settle with your new implants, and if after 6 months you are still interested, then you can discuss your options with your Plastic Surgeon.

Answer: 43 just had BA 7 weeks post op, I feel too small. Right breast is smaller than left. Do you think I'm the right size? I am sorry to hear of your disappointment after breast augmentation surgery. Based on your photos in her result looks excellent to me and you appear to have full breasts. I would wait 6 months to see your final result before considering larger implants.
