2 months post-op, 350cc mentor teardrop. Are my breast implants symmetrical?

I think you look very nice and have pretty good symmetry. The most likely cause of your asymmetry, is the tight fascia over the pectoral muscle. This takes a while to fully stretch. The good news is that shape breast implants are the best at stretching this fascia. With time, probably another 3 to 6 months, this part of the breast will get better and round out. It typically takes 3 - 6 months for the swelling to subside and and implants to settle into proper position. Please discuss your concerns with your board certified plastic surgeon. Also, make sure you follow all of your plastic surgeons post-operative instructions regarding level of physical activity and use of a support bra. Hope this helps and good luck with your recovery.

Thank you for your question.  Your result looks very nice to me.  Preop photos would be helpful to compare symmetry.  Since you have concerns I would suggest that she see her plastic surgeon for an examination and opinion.
