Question

I am researching Kybella and chin fillers for a more pleasant and strong looking profile. It is important at my job that I appear healty, strong and full of vitality...and at 45 it's getting rough and I am hoping for anpromotion! Should I do the Kybella first and then some chin filler for a stronger jawline or vice versa? I dislike my pointy nose too, but that's another issue. Thank you

You look like an excellent candidate for Kybella because you still seem to have good skin tone.This means that once the fat is removed from underneath your chin, your skin should be able to accommodate itself nicely to the loss in volume and still look taut. 
For the chin augmentation, I'd recommend starting with a syringe of Voluma. If it doesn't seem like enough, you can always add more.
These two procedures together will go a long way toward giving you the stronger profile you desire. You may find you like your nose more once you have a stronger chin to balance it. Consulting a board-certified dermatologist who is expert in sculpting the face with Kybella and hyaluronic-acid fillers will get you the best results.

I think that you are on the right track for facial improvement using Kybella and fillers to balance your chin and neckline. It will take some time since the Kybella requires a series of treatments, but you should see nice results.

With Kybella, it will require a series of treatments to get good results. For best results with Kybella, I recommend a combination approach with thermage, ultherapy, exilis. VASER liposuction in combination with ThermiRF is an alternative for contouring the chin, if you're a candidate.  Facial Fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm), Sculptra, implants and/or fat can be used to augment the chin at the same time. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with an expert. The Kybella will help to get a more acute cervicomental angle.  You picture suggest that you might benefit from treatment of marionette lines as you chin projection seems adequate.  I use Radiesse filler for chin augmentation.

Good afternoon,Thanks for your questions.  Typically, we suggest to destroy fat whether it be with Kybella or liposuction, then create profile (if needed) with fillers.  We see this often in our practice.  Voluma is a great hyaluronic acid filler to create a strong presence in the chin/profile.

I would recommend that you start with the Kybella. It will take at least 2 treatments, spaced 6-8 weeks apart. Once you have your final results, see how you feel. If your chin is still bothering you then yes, a bit of filler could help with definition. Best of luck.

non-surgical injectable treatment for the double chin. For my patients who want to improve their jawline definition I recommend first having Kybella treatments to improve the double chin. After two or more sessions results will be seen and an assessment can be made as to fillers for the chin. Please consult with a doctor for specific recommendations. Good luck!
