What will provide the desired results to eliminate horizontal lines on neck with tightening and eliminate wrinkles on lower face with tightening? Is it RF microneedling, Infini tightening, or Ultherapy?

I understand those can be bothersome for many clients. It often is a combination of treatments that softens the looks of the lines but they will not completely go away. You can do ultherapy for sure and thay may soften the appearance over several months stimulating the collagen underneath. You can also add in a RF/microneedling device like vivace for the surface. Elastin has a great neck cream that stimulates elastin that I would recommend daily. I do not do filler in this situation but each physician may have a different opinion. Best of luck.

There are numerous ways to address aging of the neck including small amounts of Botox in the platysma muscles and a skin tightening treatment like ThermiTight or Ultherapy to address the skin laxity. There is no treatment that will totally eliminate horizontal neck lines. We all have them. For some they are deeper than others. The goal is to soften them, not totally eliminate. While you may see some slight improvement with Ultherapy or Radiofrequency treatments, the most dramatic improvement is with direct injection using fillers. Results usually last 6-12 months. This requires an advanced injection technique so make sure you see an experienced physician for an in-person consultation and examination. Best wishes.
