My concern is that my skin is thin and I have read reports of Ultherapy further thinning it - how common is this and how worried should I be? (I'm also interested in improving the tone and large pores, but am worried about too much exfoliation and peels with thin skin).

Ultherapy uses microfocused ultrasound at depths of no more than 4 millimeters in the skin. There is no possibility of it affecting the brain. With nearly 10 years of experience providing Ultherapy, I have not seen a single case of serious complications.
