My nose has been getting bigger and more bulbous (and I’m only 32) and I wanted to see if any of these devices can “tighten” or shrink it. Is that a possibility? Have you seen any shrinking effects when used over the nose?

Answer: Ultherapy Its very hard to say anything without looking at a picture or in person evaluation but ultherapy is not the way to go with bulbous enlargement of the nose.
