Can Exellis or Ultherapy or any “tightening” device be used on a nose that has gotten bigger with age?

My nose has been getting bigger and more bulbous (and I’m only 32) and I wanted to see if any of these devices can “tighten” or shrink it. Is that a possibility? Have you seen any shrinking effects when used over the nose?

Thank you for your question, it is hard to tell without any photos. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Its very hard to say anything without looking at a picture or in person evaluation but ultherapy is not the way to go with bulbous enlargement of the nose.
