How is lipo 360 different from other forms of multi area lipo? I want to enhance my butt and waistline without a BBL. (Photos)

I can't seem to find any surgeons who offer 360 degree lipo in wa state. I would really like to target my love handles, upper/ lower abdomen and back. Is the 360degree approach different than regular liposuction of those areas ??

Thank you for your question and photos. Yes, lipo 360 is different from other forms of multi area liposuction. The first one is an advanced sculpting technique, the second one is just fat reduction. Based on these photos, you are a good candidate for VASER Hi Def Lipo (VHD) 360 degrees. I have been using this technique for many years. Most surgeon do multi area fat reduction liposuction only. In VHD 360, all areas are connected and sculpted. This allows for your skin to "shrink wrap" over your muscle and bony anatomy. If spot fat reduction lipo is done, this will not happen. I use the VASER for better fat removal and also to create skin tightening. The VASER can help tighten skin up to 30%. I trained extensively with Dr. Alfredo Hoyos of Bogota, Colombia, the inventor of VHD 360 and I am a Total Definer body sculpting surgeon. Less than 100  US surgeons achieved this level of body sculpting expertise. In the Pacific Northwest, I'm the only one who is trained and is an expert in lipo 360.
You can achieve a great hourglass figure without a Brazilian Butt Lift. There's slight asymmetry I see on the back views with some flattening on the left side which might benefit from fat grafting. Good luck in your search. You will find that many other surgeons who will answer your post, will minimize the difference and will say there's no difference. This is because they do not understand or perform the 360 lipo technique. All you need to see is their and our posted photos. You be the judge.

Liposuction of then upper and lower abdomen and the flanks would do so well and make that butt look better too just by liposuctioning the adjacent areas.  Don't get misled by terminalogy that is self serving.  Find a doc who does lipo under tum. local and enjoy the new you.  Make sure he/she will stand you up during the procedure occasionally to fine tune the results.

Thank you for the photos and your question. 360 lipo is just a name to encompass liposculpting of abdomen, flanks and lower back. Basically, it's liposuction completely around your wasteline. In your case, I believe you can get a great result after liposculpting those areas, with or without a fat transfer.  Eliminating fat in your lower back will significantly increase the projection of your buttocks. Based on photos alone I think you're a great candidate; however, I recommend an in person consultation with board certified plastic surgeon to evaluated your skin quality and discuss your specific goals. Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you are a
candidate for waistline contouring liposuction of your abdomen, flanks,
and lower back (lipo 360).  This can greatly improve your overall shape with a
smaller waist.  The area which should be carefully examined prior to agreeing to liposuction is your anterior abdomen.  You may have excess skin laxity in this area based on your photographs.    Make sure you specifically
look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this
surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.  The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.
