Good candidate for lipo 360 without a tummy tuck and BBL? (Photos)

Thank you for your question. Based on your information and photos you appear to be a good candidate for a tummy tuck along with liposuction and BBL. A Tummy tuck will remove excess skin and fat from the lower abdomen and to restore the weakened abdominal wall, giving a firmer and smoother appearance.  Liposuction along with a brazlian butt lift will give you a more lean appearance and a perkier rounded posterior.Combination procedures can give powerful results but safety is key.  You definitely have to choose your surgeon correctly and make sure that he/she has the training and experience to meet your goals with absolute safety.  Don’t settle for less than a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with specialized expertise in this procedure.

Based on your pictures it looks like you can benefit from a tummy tuck to remove all excess skin, liposuction of your front, sides, upper and lower back with fat transfer to your buttocks, always see a board certified PS.

Based on your pictures, you aren't a candidate for liposuction alone. For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction, which can be performed at the same time as a tummy tuck, depending on skin laxity. Thanks for the question.Looking at your photos and questions, here are some thoughts:1) You will probably be very happy with the Liposuction of your back.2) Once the liposuction of your back is done, your buttocks will look bigger and you may not need a BBL.3) You may not be happy with liposuction of your tummy. You have some extra skin from your pregnancy and liposuction will not remove it. Only a tummy tuck can remove the extra tummy skin.4) Liposuction of your tummy might make the tummy tissue looser causing it to hang more.5) For optimal results consider a full tummy tuck with liposuction of your back.Good Luck.

question. Based on your photograph and skin laxity, you are a better candidate for a tummy tuck
with liposuction.  This can be done
through a low and short incision, all completely below the bikini line.  The belly button can be designed to look
natural and have no scars on the exterior.  
Your muscles can also be plicated resulting in a flat abdomen.  Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.  The most important
aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek
consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate
you in person.

It does appear that you would be a great candidate for liposuction in all of these areas, however it is important to note the shape the skin is currently in. There is already redundancy in the skin which means when it is further debulked, will only get worse leaving behind more excess skin. Performing a tummy tuck can remove this excess skin as well as address separation in the muscles caused by pregnancy. The separation can cause a protruding look in the abdomen that when corrected will give you the flattest results expected. I would set up a consult with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to discuss the goals and come up with a surgical plan that will give you the best cosmetic results possible Good luck and best wishes!

Looking at your photos I might say that you´ll be a great candidate to get an entire back, waist and flanks liposuction, with BBL, and tummy tuck, this is because all the extra skin located in this areas plus your abdominal muscle needs to be repaired.

Before all this, of course, you need to get a complete medical evaluation and laboratory exams to check everything is fine. Also please try to find a board certified plastic surgeon, remember that your safety, always, is going to be first.

You have loose skin, and lipo alone will make it worse. Best result would be with an abdominoplasty.

I recommend a full tummy tuck combined with a full body contouring. I
would suggest liposuction on your back and flanks as well if you want.
You have choices, but definitely you must be evaluated first to
accomplish what you wished. Consult with a certified plastic surgeon.

Thank you for your question. Based on the picture Full TT with lipo to the sides will give optimal results. You have stretch marks with loose skin in the front and lipo  will not address those issues. Please consult with a board certified PS for evaluation and to discuss your goals.
