Would you recommend more Restylane Lyft after one syringe in each cheek? I’m looking to decrease the hollows under my eyes. It’s a big improvement after just this treatment.

Answer: Filler results Hello! Although your result looks great, I believe you could use a little more filler into your cheeks and possibly a little under your eyes to soften the hollowing. 1 syringe is 1/5th of a teaspoon, so often times touch ups may be necessary. Typically, I use restylane lyft in the cheeks and restylane-L under the eyes. Please see a highly qualified provider to discuss your treatment plan.

Answer: Restylane in cheeks vs tear trough Judging by the picture you posted, and without having the opportunity to examine you in person, I think that the filler placed in your cheeks had made a nice difference. My recommendation is to consider having normal Restylane placed in your tear trough to correct the hollowness of your lower eyelids. In my office this is performed most successfully through a cannula, rather than a needle, for safety as well as control. With fillers, please keep in mind that “less is more,” as it’s important to respect the natural anatomy of the face so that you do not look distorted or unnatural, but rather beautiful and refreshed.
