Had a deep plane face and neck lift. Now that swelling is down, Im seeing a muscle bulging out on left side of neck, and feel an intense pulling sensation from ears to sides of neck. Also see and feel a 1 inch gap in platysma muscle, looks weird when i tilt back, which is very difficult to do, due pulling. Is this an acceptable outcome? My function is limited and it looks bad. Thanks.
