Is it possible to get a second breast lift 12 + months after the first? (Photos)

It’s been over 12 months since my breast lift. The implants are about 5 years old. I’m happy with the size of my implants and don’t want to go bigger, but I feel like the breast tissue dropped a bit and lost that round, lifted look they had right after surgery. They also aren’t perfectly symmetrical. My biggest concern is scarring — I model, so that’s really important to me. Right now, I cover them with body makeup and it looks fine. The scars have faded a lot over the past year, so if they healed like this (or even better) after a revision, I’d be happy — as long as the breasts look more lifted and balanced. I’d just like to know — is it safe to have a second lift after 12+ months? And would another lift likely cause worse scarring or a less aesthetic result?
