The surgeon was able to straighten the nose using cartilage from my rib. Unfortunately, I have ended up with a large and bulky nose. I can feel the bulk of cartilage along the sides and tip - which is oddly elevated making the nose look unnatural. My profile looks masculine. There are no slender contours. The result has so deeply saddened me, I walk with my head down. I avoid socialising. It looks nothing like what the surgeon mocked up for me during my consultation. I do not know what to do.
