Answer: Never too late for a rhinoplasty revision As long as you're in good health, is never too late for a rhinoplasty or revision rhinoplasty procedure. To narrow the wide nose requires osteotomies placed in the nasal bones. A tip rhinoplasty may be required to narrow the nasal tip. Any other irregularities along the bridge can be adjusted as well. For many examples, please see the video and the link below

Answer: I had my nose surgery 50 years ago. It was a bad job. Am I too old to have revision rhinoplasty? Hi, that's a reasonable question. Based upon the attached photos, it appears that your nose had an over resection of the nasal bones making the cartilage (lower) portion of the nasal bridge more prominent. Examination would reveal the presence of an open roof deformity and the height of the remaining nasal bone segments. If these are too short, to be brought together in the midline, a nasal dorsal graft would be required to raise that section of the nasal bridge. The tip could also be refined during the Rhinoplasty. The cost would be based upon what needed to be done during the Rhinoplasty and would be quoted after the consultation. Hope this helps.
