Exophthalmos/Proptosis/Bulging eyes/Things eye related (Photo)

You do seem to have prominent globes. Many times this has a constitutional basis some others it occurs because of a thyroid related disease. There is a potential surgery aimed at reducing the prominence of your globes and consists in orbital decompression surgery. It is a delicate surgery so please consider consult your local Oculoplastic surgeon to see if you are a potential candidate 

Thank you for posting such super pictures which show a negative vector cheek to eye perpendicular, meaning you have non-prominent cheek bones (malar area) and the eyes look more bulgy as a result. You should look at old photos and see if this has already been the case and exclude any new changes. It is likely that the apparent bulginess is due to the bony structure of the orbits and cheeks. Using volume enhancing injections by cannula may help. The options included:Restylane or Perlane filler into the upper cheek and eyelid junction injected by very skilled hands (TearFill and SculpEyes). There is already a transcheek depression forming which supports the observation of lack of volume in the middle upper cheek area (malar area) and tear troughs. Ask the opinion of an Oculoplastic surgeon who regularly uses Restylane and Perlane in the tear troughs and malar region for their advice. This is more advisable than considering orbital surgery which carries greater risks.
